Submissions will be accepted November 17, 2025 through December 15, 2025. The winner will be contacted on December 19.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible to win, the recipient must have documented hearing loss and have a recent hearing test or be willing to have a hearing test conducted. The cost of the hearing test is not included. The initial hearing aid fitting is included.
